ARBITRATION CLAUSE
RECOMMENDED BY THE INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION COURT AT THE UCCI

Parties of the foreign trade contract wishing their disputes to be referred to the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce & Industry are recommended to include the following arbitration clause into their contract:

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating
to this contract, or the interpretation, execution, breach, termination
or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by the International Commercial
Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry in
