We would like to inform you that Ukraine has become the ATA International guarantee chain member since March 1, 2008, and started operating with the ATA carnets on its territory.

Attention. Customs registration of ÀÒÀ carnets given out by foreign associations - guarantors, is carried out exclusively in a place of crossing the border of Ukraine. Registration of these carnets is carried out by all frontier check points.

Obligatory accompanying documents which should be presented to Ukrainian customs at registration of the goods:

• ÀÒÀ carnet;
• transport document (transportation contract);
• contract between foreign and Ukrainian residents, according to which the goods are temporarily imported on territory of Ukraine.
